FRANK TOOKER | OWNER & PRIMARY INSTRUCTOR
Frank has over 30 years of experience training soldiers in marksmanship skills. He has years of training and coaching experience with his unit’s marksmanship team. He has deployed numerous times to locations in the U.S., Germany, Japan and Iraq to train U.S. and foreign soldiers. He has attended training with some of the most elite units in the U.S. Army and Allied countries as well as private sources. He has received firearms training from numerous Police agencies that has led to a high level of training and proficiency. He has been certified to train shooters in basic through advanced level shooting and tactics with the U.S. Army.Â
He has been an avid competitor in USPSA and IPSC Pistol, Shotgun and 3-gun competitions for over 20 years.
Frank is a Certified NRA Pistol and Rifle Instructor and a Certified NRA Range Safety Officer and is a certified instructor through the Institute of Homeland Security and Training.
He is certified by Texas DPS to instruct the License to Carry course, conduct the LEOSA certification and conduct the Security Level 3 firearms certification.

Frank retired as the Operations Sergeant Major of a prestigious Infantry Battalion as well as from a New York Police agency. His Military and Police experience include:
Military:
Frank is a career Infantry Soldier of over 30 years, serving from the cold war through Operation Iraqi Freedom. Frank has attended and excelled at every level of Non Commissioned Officer training to include the Army Sergeants Major Course. He has held every position from squad leader through Operations Sergeant Major for an Infantry Battalion. He has attended Small Group Instructor, DOD Non-lethal weapon Instructor and many other courses. Frank is qualified to instruct soldiers in the use of all firearms used by the U.S. Army.
Police:
Frank began his Police career in 1991. He has been assigned to every patrol position available, from Patrol Officer through Detective. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the apprehension, arrest and conviction of some of the most serious and violent felons in New York City. Frank retired from the Suffolk County Police Department where he was trained in Counter Terrorism Awareness, Taser training, Active Shooter, Patrol Rifle and much more.
Frank’s other training includes seminars in edged weapons, assisting in building the U.S. Doctrine for Military Operations in Urban Terrain, Combatives training, Rules for the use of force and many more. He is currently dedicating his time to teaching firearms owners safe and practical shooting skills. He has developed firearms training courses for civilians, Commissioned Security Officers as well as Police Officers to ensure their safety and success if they have to use a firearm to defend themself.
