LEOSA Certification

Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act Certification

Chapter 44 Title 18 Section 926B & 926C

The Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LEOSA) is the Federal law that allows Qualified Law Enforcement Officers (926B) and Qualified Retired or Separated Law Enforcement officers (926C) to carry a concealed firearm in any jurisdiction in the United States or United States Territories, regardless of state or local laws, with certain exceptions.

This course of fire exceeds the TCOLE standards for your annual certification to remain qualified under LEOSA.

For those waiting for their LEOSA credentials, you do not need them to attend the qualification course.  Upon completion, you will receive a qualification card that you can retain or send to your LEOSA agency, or to TCOLE for certification. It is the shooter’s responsibility to complete their LEOSA certification. We only certify your firearms qualification.

The course of fire consists of 50 rounds fired from point blank to 15 yards, including one timed reload.

Included in the cost: range fees, targets, certification card, TCOLE paperwork if provided by the Officer

Serviceable Semi auto pistol or revolver
