TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment:

  • Upon verification of the training date we will send out a detailed invoice for payment
  • Most training courses require a $50 deposit upon receipt of the invoice
  • Final amount owed must be paid 72 hours prior to training unless prior coordination of final payment has been made with us.  Cash, Debit, Credit Card or apple pay will be accepted prior to or on the range on the day of training.  We do not accept other forms of electronic payment unless prior coordination has been done.
  • No personal checks accepted

Cancellation:

  • Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if the student cancels for any reason.  Less than 24 hour notice may forfeit the deposit or portion (up to 50%) of the deposit. No-show will forfeit 100% of the prepaid deposit
  • Failure to pay the final balance due 72 hours before training will result in the invoice being canceled and training will be canceled.
  • Training may be cancelled or postponed due to severe or inclement weather at the instructor’s discretion or at the decision of the training facility or range

Legal

  • You must be able to legally own, possess, and discharge a firearm in the state where the training is taking place
  • You must be a US citizen to attend any training course.  non-citizens will be asked to leave the range with no refund (federal law)
  • Junior shooters 14-21 years of age must have a parent present to attend training if renting a firearm.  Students 18-21 years of age may bring their personal firearm
  • you must not have any physical or mental conditions that would be aggravated by the use of a firearm
  • you must not be under the influence of any drug that may alter your mental or physical abilities (legal prescriptions included)
  • you must sign a liability waiver upon arrival at the training site

Safety:

  • Hearing and eye protection is mandatory and must be worn at all times while shooting.  These items may be available for loan, but it is recommended that every student has their own.
  • The instructor has the option to remove any student from the course if the student demonstrates continued unsafe firearm handling, violates range safety policies, or presents an unsafe condition to themselves or other students or staff without refund of any funds paid

Zero Tolerance Drug and Alcohol policy

  • The instructor reserves the right to enforce our ZERO TOLERANCE drug and alcohol policy.  If you arrive to train and appear intoxicated on any substance including alcohol, marijuana, or any other illegal or legal substance, training will be cancelled with no refund.  If you arrive to train with the strong smell of marijuana on your person, training will be canceled. Alcohol in any form is not permitted on any range that we train on.
